Canada Post — including a free shipping option (0.00 USD) where applicable.
Purolator — including a free shipping option (0.00 USD) where applicable.
International Flat Rate — including a flat rate (40.00 AUD) and a free option (0.00 AUD) where applicable.

Processing & Handling

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Ontario, Canada location. Because we ship live plants alongside other goods, items are carefully packed before being handed to the carrier. Your order will be processed and shipped as promptly as possible after it is placed.

Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and service selected as well as your destination. Once your order ships, transit time is determined by the chosen carrier (Canada Post, Purolator, or the applicable international service).
